Patriotic Rooster For the Door

MY PATRIOTIC ROO

Found this wood and painted rooster at an Antique store and just had to have it!  All I had to do was add a burlap bow and ready for the 4th of July!  I had planned to do more and not just hang this on our door BUT as so many bloggers Busy Busy!!!!
Just returned from Biloxi, Mississippi.  Yes, I have been working on my Redo and Restyle Furniture between travels and Company.  I really have so much to Post, will I ever have the time???  Leaving tomorrow for a yearly family reunion, camping at Silver Lake in the June Lake Loop in California.  Just taking a few minutes before bed to wish all of you a Safe and Super 4th of July!~

I love this! I've got two wooden cows in need of a make over, I'm thinking they may get renames "Stars" and "Stripes"! I pinned this to my Americana Board

I'd love if you would link this up at my latest link party http://www.chickenscratchny.com/2012/06/whats-cluckin-10.html

This is so darn cute, Marilyn! He's so perfect for your front door!

I'm doing a bit of catching up, so I just had to comment on that tin-plate plaque. I had one of those at some point many, many years ago & probably sold it at a garage sale. I was too young and too busy with kids to think about changing it to breath new life into it. Oh, if only "blogland" had existed way back then when I actually owned some of the things I now go in search of at GW & thrift stores.....lol!
